RECALIBRATE THE BODY

Myopractic Therapy AZ

Future-facing Myopractic Therapy designed around the body’s interconnected network of fascia, muscles, joints, and movement. Personalized, hands-on bodywork in Queen Creek, serving Chandler and Arizona’s East Valley.

WHAT IS MYOPRACTIC?

Your Body Is a Living Network

The body does not move in isolated parts. Fascia, muscles, and joints continuously distribute tension and force across one connected system. When one area becomes restricted, the body adapts.
Myopractic Therapy looks beyond the uncomfortable area to explore the larger patterns influencing how you move.

Futuristic human figure illustrating how tension and movement patterns connect throughout the body.

What Is Myopractic Therapy?
Myopractic therapy is a hands-on form of bodywork designed to ease muscular tension, improve mobility, and support more comfortable movement. Sessions focus on areas such as the muscles, fascia, and surrounding connective tissues that may feel tight or restricted.
Myopractic Techniques May Include
Compression and stretching: Helps encourage tense muscles to relax and reduces persistent holding patterns.
Tissue-separation techniques: Gently works between layers of soft tissue to improve mobility and reduce areas that feel bound or restricted.
Clearing techniques: Uses controlled pressure and supportive positioning to encourage freer movement through the soft tissues.
Why Clients Seek Myopractic Care
Clients commonly schedule Myopractic therapy for support with:

  • Back or neck tension

  • Tension-related headaches

  • Muscle soreness following sports or physical activity

  • Postural strain

  • Stiffness or restricted mobility

Biotensegrity Wave Synchronization

A whole-body Myopractic approach that uses compression stretching, soft tissue clearing, fascial separation, guided positioning, and gentle joint releases.

The objective is to reduce mechanical restriction and support more coordinated, adaptable movement.

Piezoelectric Fascial Tuning

A science-inspired way to describe how pressure and movement interact with the body’s responsive connective-tissue environment.

Skilled manual input helps address areas that feel dense, guarded, or restricted so the body can move with greater ease.

Acoustic Wave Integration

Targeted radial shock wave therapy applies mechanical acoustic pulses to selected soft tissues.

When appropriate, it can be integrated with Myopractic bodywork as part of a personalized mobility and wellness plan.

Dannielle Williams

Certified Myopractor | Shockwave Therapy Provider | Corrective Exercise Specialist Candidate

Dannielle Williams provides individualized, movement-focused bodywork for adults in Queen Creek, Chandler, and surrounding Arizona communities. Through Recalibrate The Body Myopractics LLC, she helps clients address physical tension, improve mobility, restore balance, and support their functional wellness.

Her approach is attentive, adaptive, and grounded in the belief that the body should be treated as an interconnected system. Instead of applying the same sequence to every client, Dannielle observes how each person moves and responds, then adjusts the session to their comfort, presentation, and goals.

Science, Hands-On Training, and Careful Observation

Dannielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biological Sciences from Arizona State University, with concentrated coursework in biochemistry, microbiology, and related biological sciences. This academic foundation informs her appreciation for anatomy, physiology, tissue behavior, and the complexity of human movement. She completed professional Myopractic training at Natural Therapeutics Inc. under Rhonda Marinakis and Ahren Graham. She also earned a Certificate of Completion in Advanced Anatomical Dry Needling for the Musculoskeletal System from the Institute of Manual and Manipulative Therapy.
Dannielle is currently pursuing the Corrective Exercise Specialist credential through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This continuing education supports her movement-focused perspective and commitment to thoughtful, individualized care.

Experience That Began with Equine Care

Before working with human clients, Dannielle served as an equine veterinary technician. Caring for large animals required precision, patience, anatomical awareness, and the ability to notice subtle changes in movement and behavior. That experience still influences how she practices today. Bodies often communicate through guarded motion, altered posture, or small compensations before a person can easily describe what feels wrong. Dannielle brings careful observation and a calm, responsive presence to each appointment.

Beyond the Practice

Outside her work, Dannielle enjoys spending time with her dogs, cooking, and riding her motorcycle. These interests reflect the same appreciation for movement, connection, and hands-on problem-solving that she brings to her practice.

Your care is not based on a generic routine. Dannielle Williams evaluates how your body presents, listens to your goals, and chooses techniques in response to your comfort and movement. Depending on the service, an appointment may include gentle joint releases, soft tissue work, guided positioning, or targeted acoustic pressure wave treatment.

Choosing the Right Service

Choose the Initial Myopractic Evaluation and Treatment if you are new to the practice, returning after an extended break, or want a comprehensive 60-minute appointment.

Choose the Myopractic Tune-Up if you are an established client seeking a focused 30-minute follow-up.

Contact the practice before selecting Radial Shock Wave Therapy if you are unsure whether it is appropriate for your needs or medical history.

Radial Shockwave

20 minutes | Contact for pricing
Radial shockwave therapy uses externally applied acoustic pressure waves directed toward a selected soft tissue area. The technology is commonly used in musculoskeletal and wellness settings to support local circulation, tissue response, and mobility.
Before treatment, Dannielle discusses the area of concern, relevant health history, expectations, and potential reasons the service may not be appropriate. A coupling gel is applied to the skin, and the handheld applicator delivers controlled pulses to the target area. Intensity is adjusted according to the treatment objective and your tolerance.Shockwave therapy can cause temporary tenderness, redness, or soreness. It is not appropriate for every client or every area of the body. This service does not replace medical diagnosis, imaging, or treatment when those are needed.

Movement & Posture Recalibration

Explore how posture, daily habits, and movement patterns may contribute to recurring tension or restricted mobility. This session combines observation-led movement review with hands-on Myopractic techniques and practical guidance designed to help you move with greater awareness, ease and confidence.

Guided exercises are selected around your current mobility, coordination, and goals, helping reinforce body awareness and encourage more comfortable movement between Myopractic sessions without overwhelming your routine at home.

Focused-Area Myopractic Session

A targeted session for focused attention on one primary area of tension or limited movement. Your practitioner considers related compensation patterns and uses gentle joint releases, soft-tissue techniques, and guided positioning to support more comfortable, coordinated movement throughout the body.

Myopractic Wellness Package

Create consistency in your care with personalized Myopractic sessions. Each visit responds to how your body presents that day, allowing hands-on techniques and movement guidance to evolve with your goals. Packages are useful for clients seeking ongoing support, momentum, and scheduled wellness care.

How Myopractic Therapy Works

Myopractic Therapy is based on the principle that healthy function depends on motion. When joints, soft tissues, or related structures do not move comfortably, the body may compensate by shifting tension and workload to another area.Myopractic care seeks to identify these restrictions and support the return of natural motion. The intention is not to force a structure back into place. Instead, gentle joint and soft tissue techniques are used to reduce restrictions so the body can move with greater ease and balance.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

1. Conversation and Intake
You will discuss your current concerns, relevant history, recent changes, activity demands, and goals. New, unexplained, severe, or worsening symptoms may require medical evaluation before bodywork.
2. Movement Observation
Dannielle considers posture, comfortable range of motion, and patterns that may be contributing to tension or restriction. This is a wellness-oriented assessment, not a medical diagnosis.
3. Personalized Hands-On Care
Your session is adapted in real time. You can ask questions, request a change in pressure or positioning, or stop a technique at any point.
4. Next-Step Guidance
When appropriate, Dannielle may recommend follow-up timing or simple movement strategies within her professional scope. Care frequency depends on your needs and response rather than a preset plan.

Initial Evaluation & Care

60 minutes | $135

Begin your recalibration with a full session tailored to your body’s immediate needs. Following a brief intake, Dannielle observes your movement and uses hands-on assessment to identify areas of tension or restriction.
Your session may include:

  • Gentle, non-traumatic joint releases

  • Targeted soft tissue techniques

  • Supported and guided positioning

  • Whole-body consideration of movement and compensation patterns

  • Practical movement or self-care suggestions within the provider’s scope

Best for: New clients, clients returning after a significant break, or anyone whose current needs warrant a more complete intake and whole-body session.

Myopractic Tune-Up

30 minutes | $70

The Myopractic Tune-Up is a focused follow-up for returning clients. After a brief check-in, the appointment moves directly into hands-on bodywork based on your progress and current priorities.
The session may include:

  • Targeted joint releases

  • Precision acoustic shockwave

  • Soft tissue techniques

  • Positioning that builds on prior visits

Best for: Established clients who want focused follow-up care, periodic maintenance, or attention to a current area of restriction.
